Mayfield Events believes that the design of your wedding should create an experience. We start with understanding your style and your level of formality for your wedding. Then our team will create a color palette, mood boards, and overall design plan for your wedding day. Our team creates sketches and renderings of our weddings that we share with our clients to showcase the expression of the wedding vision. Many of our clients will opt to also have a prototype meeting where their wedding tablescape and florals a pre-produced at the tasting to share the total wedding experience with the couple and their families in a way that they can fully enjoy them.

partial WEDDING planning PACKAGE
This package is best suited for clients who would like some direction at the beginning of the planning process setting up their budget, vision, and understanding vendors who are appropriate for their needs. Our team will also assist this couple with one vendor of their choice, in a beginning to end experience. Mayfield Events will help serve this couple by creating a framework by which the client can craft a wedding that is true to their intentions and giving them the tools needed to see it come to fruition. With the framework built by Mayfield Events, the client can select other vendors with confidence. Mayfield Events will schedule check in’s with the client throughout the planning process. At the 45 day, mark Mayfield Events will resume the responsibility for the event with a design meeting.
